We betrekken onze klanten actief bij het gehele bouwproces en vanaf de briefing tot het moment van aflevering zorgen we ervoor dat alles voor u duidelijk is. Bovendien gaan we een stap verder door persoonlijk bij u op locatie te komen om de machine in bedrijf te stellen en een praktijkdemonstratie te geven. Ook na de aflevering zijn wij goed bereikbaar om eventuele vragen of problemen snel op te lossen. Globus staat garant voor uitstekende service, waar en wanneer u het nodig heeft.

Mobiele Service

Bij Globus geloven we in service die naar u toekomt, waardoor we de operationele downtime tot een minimum beperken. Met onze twee volledig uitgeruste en moderne servicewagens staat Globus klaar om reparaties buiten onze werkplaats uit te voeren. Deze mobiele units stellen ons in staat om op elke gewenste locatie reparaties uit te voeren, op het moment dat het voor u het meest geschikt is. Onze servicewagens zijn voorzien van alle benodigde onderdelen waardoor we efficiënt en doeltreffend kunnen handelen.

Daarnaast beschikken we over speciale oprijwagens, waardoor we de meeste machines snel en zelfstandig kunnen afleveren en in bedrijf stellen. Deze flexibiliteit stelt ons in staat om snel te reageren op uw behoeften en ervoor te zorgen dat uw machines zo snel mogelijk weer operationeel zijn.

Of het nu gaat om onderhoud of reparatie, onze servicewagens zijn regelmatig onderweg in Nederland, Duitsland en België om ervoor te zorgen dat uw apparatuur altijd in optimale staat verkeert.
