The ASTM02 automatic rootballing and pruning machine in semi-mounted version can work up to 5 plant rows at the same time. It is a high-capacity machine because it keeps driving while each element finds the plant individually and moves backwards within the machine, so that it stays with the plant. The ASTM02 also has rear-wheel steering for easy turning on relatively small headlands. Ground clearance depends on the tractor. Automatic height control and automatic leveling control are standard. Pruning with various pruning units is optional, as is steering by feeler and GPS. Also suitable for selective lifting based on light barrier detection.
